Fisherman's Wharf
The wharf is home to many restaurants, shops and whale watching tour boats.

Monterey Bay Aquarium
The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a world-renowned research facility dedicated to the study and preservation of marine wildlife. They offer various exhibits featuring Jellyfish, Sea Otters, Penguins, the Giant Pacific Octopus and a 28 ft. Kelp Forest - one of the tallest aquarium exhibits in the world and home to Sardines, Leopard Sharks, Wolf-Eels and more.

Cannery Row
An area rich in tradition, Cannery Row was once a bustling street lined with sardine canneries, but fell upon economic hardship as the sardine population dwindled. Revitalized and renamed after the famous novel by John Steinbeck, Cannery Row now boasts a stretch of restaurants, shops and attractions along the Monterey Coast.

Del Monte Shopping Center

Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail
The Coastal Recreation Trail spans from Lovers Point Beach in Pacific Grove, through the Wharf and beyond. Rent a bicycle or surrey and be sure to make plenty of stops along the route to enjoy (and photograph!) the beautiful scenery. The sea lions love to perch atop the rocks and bask in the sun, and at certain times of the year, will congregate on the beach for breeding season!
