Andre's Bouchee *
Authentic French Bistro Cuisine with a Californian Coastal Flair. A variety of meat and seafood options, and many classic favorites such as French Onion Soup, Escargot, Steamed Mussels, and Beef Carpaccio.
Anton and Michel
Considered one of the most elegant restaurants in downtown Carmel, Anton and Michel offers contemporary European-inspired cuisine in a beautiful setting in the Court of Fountains.
Aubergine
The name "Aubergine," which is the British term for Eggplant, perfectly captures the delicate, perfectly balanced flavors and fresh ingredients presented by Chef Justin Cogley, who was named "Best New Chef" by Food and Wine Magazine in 2013.
A W Shucks
An oyster and cocktail bar, serving casual seafood options for both lunch and dinner. Some of their classics include Clam Chowder, a Combination Platter of Fried Seafood and a variety of salads and sandwiches. They are very well-known for their Bloody Mary's!
Basil
Eclectic Italian-inspired menu based on seasonal, locally-sourced organic produce, meats and fresh, wild and sustainable seafood.
Carmel Belle *
An understated, casual restaurant featuring organic, artisanal breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Seasonal menu items include perfectly poached Glaum Ranch eggs, ripe and buttery avocado, organic free-range chicken and delicious homemade soups.

Traditional French and Italian Country Fare, a romantic ambiance and a spectacular wine list. The spinach gnocchi is a local favorite!
